How do I cancel my monthly Peloton subscription?

Cancelling your Peloton subscription is easy.

First, sign into your Peloton account using the Peloton website or app.

Once signed in, find the “My Account” page, which is located under the “Profile” tab.

Once you’re in the “My Account” page, select the “Subscriptions” tab.

Now, click on “Manage” next to the subscription you wish to cancel.

From here, select “Cancel Subscription”. Be sure to select a reason for your cancellation under “Cancellation Reason”.

If you need a confirmation that the subscription was canceled, select “Send Confirmation Email”. Otherwise, your Peloton subscription will be canceled.

If, during the trial period you decide to keep the equipment and become a Peloton Member, your account will be automatically charged the standard retail price of equipment and the applicable Membership package cost at the end of the 30-day trial period unless you cancel.
