How do I recover my liked songs on Spotify?

Recovering your liked songs on Spotify is fairly straightforward.

First, make sure to log in to your Spotify account. Then, click on the Library tab at the bottom of the screen. From there, you can view all of your saved music, playlists and albums. To view only songs you’ve liked, find the category which says ‘Liked Songs’, which should be towards the top of the list.

Alternatively, you can click on the Search bar in the top right corner and type in ‘Liked Songs’ – this will take you to exactly the same page.

Once you’ve accessed the Liked Songs page, you’ll be able to see any songs you’ve liked and have previously saved. You can play any song or album you like for offline listening by clicking the download arrow next to the song or album you want to save.

If you have previously liked or saved any songs but now can’t see them, check if any of your playlists contain them. Normally, when you like a song, it will be saved to your Liked Songs playlist by default.

If you no longer see it in this playlist, try searching for it within one of your other playlists.

If you’re still having trouble locating your liked songs, make sure to check if you’re logged in to the correct account – another user might have liked the songs on their own account.

In summary, recovering your liked songs on Spotify is simple. Firstly, click on the Library tab and click on the Liked Songs category. Then, click on the download arrow next to any songs or albums you want to save for offline listening.

If you can’t find a song you previously liked, check if it has been added to one of your other playlists. Lastly, make sure you’re logged in to the correct account.

Why is my playlist not showing on Spotify?

There could be a few possible reasons why your playlist isn’t showing on Spotify.

It’s possible that the playlist wasn’t properly saved. If this is the case, head over to the “Your Library” tab in the desktop or mobile app, scroll down to the “Playlists” section and click the “New Playlist” button.

Enter a title and, if you wish, a description and/or cover art and click Create. Then manually add the tracks you wanted in the playlist and click save.

It’s also possible that the playlist was created on a different device and it isn’t syncing to the device you’re currently using. If this is the case, make sure that you’re logged into the same account on both devices and then head over to the “Preferences” or “Settings” section in the app and make sure that the “Cloud Syncing” option is enabled.

Finally, if you didn’t create the playlist yourself but were sent a link to it, check if the link is still valid by clicking on it. If the link is expired or the creator has changed their privacy settings to make the playlist private, then it won’t be visible.

If none of these potential solutions have resolved the issue, then we suggest contacting Spotify Support directly. They will be better equipped to help you troubleshoot your particular issue.

How do I know if my Spotify is private?

You can tell if your Spotify is private by going to the Settings page. On this page, you can toggle the “Private Session” option, which will make all of your listening activity on Spotify private. If this option is active, then your Spotify will be private.

Additionally, you can view your profile page and scroll down to the Social section. If the “Make my profile and activity public” option is off, then your profile will be private. Finally, you can also hover over your profile picture in the top right corner of the page and confirm that “Private Session” is toggled on in the bottom left of the pop-up menu.

If “Private Session” is toggled on, then your Spotify is private.

Why can’t I see who liked my Spotify playlist?

Unfortunately, Spotify does not offer the option to view who has liked a user-created playlist. This is likely due to privacy concerns as well as the fact that not all users have the ability to follow other users.

It is possible to allow others to follow your playlists, as well as to view their likes and saves on the playlists you follow. This can be done by setting your playlists to publicly visible in the playlist settings.

To do this, open the playlist and click the three dots in the top right – this will open a drop-down menu. In this menu, select “Make Public”.

Alternatively, some third-party applications may offer the ability to view who liked a playlist. As these applications are not affiliated with Spotify, they should be used with caution.

Do Spotify liked songs disappear?

It depends on which platform you are using. If you are a Premium user on Spotify, all liked songs and playlists will remain in your account, as long as you keep your subscription active and don’t manually delete them.

However, if you’re using the free version of Spotify, your liked songs may appear and disappear. This is because the free version is ad-supported and therefore songs may fluctuate in and out of availability depending on your area, the artist, and the availability at the time.

Additionally, if a song is no longer available on Spotify, your liked song list may not remain the same.

Are liked Spotify playlists public?

Yes, Spotify Playlists are public by default. You can create a playlist and share it with other users, or just make it publicly available for anyone to listen to. You can also control the visibility of your playlist from the privacy settings, allowing you to make the playlist either: public, collaborative, or private.

If set to “public”, then anyone with a Spotify account will be able to view and listen to it. If set to “collaborative”, anyone with a Spotify account will be able to add to the playlist. And, if it’s set to “private”, only you will be able to view and edit the playlist.

Users are also able to keep track of who is listening to their playlists, by enabling the ‘Viewers’ checkbox when creating or editing the playlist.

Does Spotify tell you who viewed your profile?

No, Spotify does not tell you who viewed your profile. As a platform, Spotify respects users’ privacy and does not monitor or share personal information with other users. Therefore, it does not allow users to see who has viewed their profile.

This ensures that users’ personal information remains private and secure.
