Once you have made your way through the newly revealed corridor, you will come to a large room with lots of moving platforms. A hint on the wall will tell you how to get past these traps: stand on the red tiles to make them rise, then jump to the next platform before the platform times out.
Once you have made it across, you will come to an area with a bunch of mines and some blocks that need to be moved. Use your whip to destroy the mines and then push the blocks around to make an exit on the opposite side of the room.
Finally, make your way up to the top level, where you will find a switch holding the doors shut. Jump up to it and throw it to open the way to Level 5. You’ll have made it through the Level 4 of Lego Indiana Jones.
