Other calming drinks may include warm milk, juice with added magnesium or calcium, tart cherry juice, and herbal teas with adaptogenic herbs such as ashwagandha, holy basil, and reishi mushroom. Although these drinks may not be able to completely cure anxiety, they can definitely help reduce stress levels.
