What gift can we give God?

The best gift we can give to God is the gift of our hearts, and the gift of living each day in the service of him and those around us. We are to show honor and reverence for God and his will by being obedient to his commands and living according to his teachings.

We should be thankful for the spiritual and physical blessings he bestows upon us, and strive to bring glory to his name through our words and deeds, both when we are alone and in public view. This also includes being mindful of how we speak and act in our daily lives, so as to not bring dishonor to God.

Additionally, we can support and encourage others in their faith, and be a witness to the good news of Jesus Christ. Prayer is also a powerful tool to offer God, and can be one of the most meaningful gifts we can give.

By faithfully praying to God and trusting his will, we bring him glory and strength. Finally, we can share our abundance with those in need around us, through acts of kindness, generosity, and compassion.

All of these gifts are gifts that God greatly appreciates.

What are the 5 fold ministry gifts in the Bible?

The five-fold ministry gifts can be found in Ephesians 4:11, and they are Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, and Teachers.

Apostles are the foundation-layers in the Church whose job is to bring about, nurture, and maintain church unity and authenticity. They are the sent ones who are given authority to proclaim the Word, open and establish churches, and spread the gospel.

Prophets are God’s spokespeople, who can discern and accurately declare God’s will. They are called alongside the Church to give direction, to preach, and to declare and understand God’s Word.

Evangelists are the ‘commonsense’ people who have the ability to motivate, inspire, and encourage the members of the Church to engage in evangelism and to use their talents and abilities for God’s will.

Pastors are the shepherds, the caregivers, the motivators and encouragers of the Church. Their role is to care for their flock, to guide their members holistically with love, and to strengthen their Church members spiritually by teaching, preaching, and providing wise counsel and direction.

Teachers have the task of accurately and clearly presenting the Word and preparing other members of the Church to understand, to apply, and to live the Word. They are the ones who explain and expound on the Word so that all can understand it.

1. Prophecy- the ability to receive and proclaim a message from God that reveals His will and purpose.

2. Serving- using personal skills and abilities to meet practical needs within the Church.

3. Teaching- using knowledge and spiritual insight to interpret and explain the truth of Scripture, culture, and society.

4. Encouragement- providing support and affirmation in difficult circumstances.

5. Generosity- using material and spiritual resources freely and benevolently.

6. Leadership- exercising authority and the ability to guide and direct others in the pursuit of righteousness and justice.
