How did Deku use 1000000 percent?

What is the most power Deku can use?

The most powerful Deku ability is undoubtedly One For All. This is a quirk that was previously passed down to Izuku Midoriya, also known as Deku, through All Might. With the power of this quirk, Deku is able to increase the effects of One For All and channel the strength, speed, and precision of the technique to greatly exceed that of any other quirk user.

The power of One For All can vary depending on how it is used, but it is capable of destroying and crumbling entire buildings in one strike, with Midoriya’s raw power being able to achieve destructive capabilities similar to that of supernovas.

The most powerful application of One For All is when Deku harnesses the quirk as a full-cowl, where he can reach a maximum power level that easily surpasses other users of One For All.

Will Deku be able to control one for all?

Yes, Deku will be able to control One For All. In the manga and anime series My Hero Academia created by Kohei Horikoshi, Deku is shown to possess the ultimate quirk known as the One For All. This is something that Deku is already actively doing, training with the help of his teacher All Might and his mentor Gran Torino to hone his skills as a hero and learn to properly control the One For All.

As he progresses and learns, it seems inevitable that he will eventually learn to control the quirk, and even possibly reach a level of mastery where it can be used to its full potential.

When using just his natural strength, Deku’s punches can be as fast as with any other character, topping out at around the speed of sound (343 meters/second).

However, if Deku was to tap into his full power and amplify his punch with a heavy dose of One for All, then the resulting punch could be much faster, potentially reaching the speed of light (299,792,458 meters/second).
