Why is my Nissan not connecting to my phone?

There could be a few possible causes preventing your Nissan from connecting to your phone. The first would be to ensure that your phone is compatible with the Nissan’s Bluetooth system. You should consult your user manual to make sure that your phone is compatible.

If it is, then you may want to check that your phone’s Bluetooth is turned on and that it is in discovery mode so that it can be discovered by the Nissan computer system. If the Bluetooth is enabled and set to discovery mode, you may need to reset the Bluetooth of both the Nissan vehicle and the phone to establish a new connection.
