What’s your baddest habit?

My baddest habit is, unfortunately, procrastination. I tend to keep pushing tasks to the last minute and then rush to complete them. As a result, the quality of my work suffers and I often end up feeling overwhelmed, anxious and frustrated.

I am trying to combat it by developing better time management skills and by setting realistic goals for myself. I am also working to break my big tasks into smaller chunks, which will make them easier to manage and accomplish.

My worst habit is procrastination. I find myself putting off tasks or delaying important decisions for too long, even when I’m aware of the consequences. Instead of tackling important tasks right away, I end up wasting valuable time and energy by mindlessly scrolling on my phone or getting distracted by trivial things.

This habit not only affects my productivity and efficiency, but it has also caused me to miss out on important opportunities. To overcome this habit and improve my time management skills, I have started using a to-do list and setting deadlines for each task.

Additionally, I have developed a better understanding of the rewards of taking action instead of delaying tasks.
