Where is Control Panel on Apple Watch?

Unfortunately, there is no Control Panel on Apple Watch. While it is possible to adjust some watch settings like sound and brightness, the Apple Watch does not have its own dedicated Control Panel app like the iPhone or Mac.

Instead, most settings adjustments must be done through the Apple Watch app on your iPhone. For example, if you need to adjust the brightness of your Apple Watch screen, you can go to the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, select “Brightness & Text Size” and slide the brightness bar to the desired level.

Similarly, if you need to turn off sounds, you can go to the Sounds & Haptics section to turn off the sounds. Similarly, some system settings for the Apple Watch like enabling the “Do Not Disturb” mode have to be adjusted through the Watch app on the iPhone.

Altogether, it is not possible to access the Control Panel directly on the Apple Watch, but many settings adjustments can be done through the Apple Watch app on the iPhone.
