Who did Harry Potter have his first kiss with?

Harry Potter’s first kiss was with Cho Chang, a Ravenclaw student at Hogwarts who was in the same year as Harry. She was a Seeker for the Ravenclaw Quidditch team and was a friend of Harry’s classmate, Marietta Edgecombe.

Cho and Harry had a short relationship during their fourth year at Hogwarts and their first kiss happened during the Yule Ball, a formal dance held at the school. The two had a bit of an awkward relationship, but Cho was still enamored with Harry.

Unfortunately, the relationship was not to last and the two eventually went their separate ways.

Who all does Harry Potter kiss?

Harry Potter is famously known for his relationships, so it’s no surprise that he kisses quite a few characters throughout the course of the seven books and eight films. Of course, the main highlight of Harry’s romantic life is his girlfriend, Ginny Weasley—they kiss throughout the series, the most noted one being after they make up after a series of arguments in Order of the Phoenix.

Harry also shares a much-talked-about kiss with Cho Chang in the fifth book. Additionally, Harry kisses a number of characters in more platonic ways, such as his future sister-in-law Fleur Delacour, and his good friend Hermione Granger (which happened to have been during a ball as part of a ploy to make another guy jealous).

While Harry and Ron save the day a number of times, it’s Harry’s kisses that really left a mark.

Who did Harry kiss in Harry Potter?

In the Harry Potter book and movie series, there are quite a few romantic moments involving Harry Potter. During the course of the series Harry Potter kisses three different people.

The first person Harry Potter kissed was Cho Chang in their fourth year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Cho Chang was the Seeker of the Ravenclaw Quidditch team, which Harry’s team, the Gryffindor Quidditch team, played against in a championship match.

It was in the aftermath of the match that Harry mustered up the courage to kiss her. It was a rather awkward kiss, as neither of them knew quite what to do.

The second person Harry Potter kissed was Ginny Weasley in his sixth year at Hogwarts. Ginny had developed an obvious crush on Harry during the preceding five years and finally in year six he returns those feelings and they kiss, much to Ron’s surprise and annoyance.

The third and final person Harry Potter kissed during the series was Hermione Granger. In the movies, the kiss between Harry and Hermione occurs during a climactic scene in Deathly Hallows Part Two in which the two share an emotional goodbye as Harry prepares to make the ultimate sacrifice.

In the book, the kiss between Harry and Hermione happens moments before the Battle of Hogwarts ends, with the two embracing before being soon separated by the battle.

Did Harry and Hermione kiss?

No, Harry and Hermione never kissed. Throughout the Harry Potter series, the narrative focuses heavily on their friendship and mutual respect, but they never develop a romantic relationship with one another.

At the end of the series, Hermione ends up with Ron Weasley, and Harry is coupled with Ginny Weasley.

The vast majority of fans felt that the relationship between Harry and Hermione was strictly platonic. In the movie adaptations, there are brief moments where the two of them seem closer than platonic friends, such as when Harry attempts to comfort Hermione after Cedric’s death or when he grabs her hand during their escape from the Ministry of Magic, but these moments are all fleeting.

Despite the potential for a romantic connection between them, it is clear that the ultimate intention of J. K. Rowling was for Harry and Hermione to stay just friends.

Who fell in love first Ron or Hermione?

The question of who fell in love first between Ron and Hermione is difficult to determine since neither character articulates their feelings for a significant amount of time. However, it is plausible to infer that Hermione likely fell in love with Ron first.

Such as the fact that Hermione is shown to be more emotionally vulnerable than Ron and wears her heart on her sleeve more often. For example, when they are first paired up in a dance at the Yule Ball in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Hermione is shown to be looking forward to the dance while Ron is apprehensive and seemingly unaware of Hermione’s feelings.

Additionally, books such as Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince reveal that Hermione has had a long-standing crush on Ron that she hasn’t been able to express. While Ron also eventually falls in love with Hermione, it is understandable that he may have been slower to articulate his feelings since he had never been in a romantic relationship before.

All in all, it is likely that Hermione fell in love with Ron first, although it is certainly possible that the two fell in love at the same time.

Ron was initially drawn to Lavender due to her attractive appearance and was initially uninterested in a serious relationship, but Lavender was persistent, and the two quickly became a couple.

How did they film the Harry and Hermione kissing scene?

The kissing scene between Harry and Hermione in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part One was filmed over the course of two days in March of 2010 at Leavesden Studios in Hertfordshire, England. Director David Yates and producer David Heyman chose to film the scene in the Great Hall of Hogwarts in order to play off the iconic setting.

On the first day of shooting the scene, Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson, who plays Harry and Hermione, rehearsed their dialogue and movements.

On the second day, the lighting and camera rigging were set up for the scene; this was mostly done to create the illusion of them kissing in the air. The two were also able to perfect their blocking for the scene, learning their positioning and making sure the close shots were right.

The scene was shot up close with three cameras running simultaneously to capture multiple angles, including wide medium shots, closer Medium shots and wide close ups.

Once the close shots were completed, they filmed Harry and Hermione dancing together, though they used a dance double to give Daniel and Emma a break since the scene took longer than expected to complete.

When the dancing ended, it was finally time to shoot the iconic kiss; this was done a few times in order to get the perfect take.

Overall, David Yates and the crew had to put a lot of work into making this scene memorable, but by using the Great Hall of Hogwarts as the backdrop, they were able to create a moment that Harry Potter fans will never forget.
