How do I cancel my Daily Breeze subscription?

Does breeze refund?

Yes, Breeze does offer refunds in certain cases. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to request a refund, please contact Breeze support directly using the contact form or chat window on our website.

To qualify for a refund, the product must be received/delivered within 30 days of the purchase. Make sure to include all relevant information along with your request such as your order number and name.

Once we have verified that your purchase is eligible for a refund, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.

What happens if breeze cancels my flight?

If your flight is cancelled by Breeze, you may be eligible for a full refund if the cancellation is within 24 hours of the purchased ticket. If the flight was cancelled within 24 hours, you may also be eligible for a change or cancellation fee waiver if the flight was booked within 14 days of the scheduled departure.

If your flight was cancelled outside of 24 hours before the scheduled departure, you may be eligible for a full refund or an exchange voucher that is valid for up to 12 months. If the flight was booked more than 14 days prior to the scheduled departure, you may still be eligible for a change or cancellation fee waiver.

To receive a reimbursement for your cancelled flight, please contact Breeze directly and provide your flight date, cancellation code and ticket number. In some cases, you may have to provide additional proof of the cancellation such as a copy of the aircraft’s passenger manifest or an invoice from the airline.
