Why are my AirPods not connecting to my Lenovo laptop?

The most common reason why AirPods might not be connecting to your Lenovo laptop is because your laptop does not support the Bluetooth A2DP profile that AirPods need to pair. AirPods require the A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) profile which is not supported on all computers.

To check if your laptop supports the A2DP profile, go to ‘Settings -> Bluetooth & other devices -> Bluetooth’ and make sure A2DP is selected.

If the A2DP profile is supported, the next step is to make sure your AirPods are on and discoverable. To do this, put your AirPods in the charging case and open the lid. Hold down the button on the back of the case until you see the light on the back turn amber and then white.

The AirPods should now be ready to be paired.

If your laptop still isn’t pairing with the AirPods, you can try resetting your AirPods. You can do this by going to ‘Settings -> Bluetooth & other devices -> Bluetooth’, tapping on the ‘i’ icon next to your AirPods and select ‘Forget device’.

After that, reopen the case and try pairing them again.

If all else fails, you should try resetting your laptop as well. This can be done by going to ‘Settings -> System -> Power & Sleep’ and then selecting ‘Restart’. After that, try pairing the AirPods again and see if that solves the issue.
