Why do I keep having to authorize my computer?

Every time you want to access content that is restricted or protected in some way, you will need to authorize your computer. This authorization is typically done through a username and password or an access code.

By providing this information, you are verifying that you are, in fact, the rightful owner of the computer in question. This helps prevent the unauthorized use of content and protects the security of your computer and data.

Authorization can also be used to verify your identity and ensure that the content you are accessing is coming from a legitimate source.

If you have more than 5 computers authorized, you’ll need to deauthorize all of them in order to be able to authorize another one.

Once you have deauthorized all the devices associated with your Apple ID, any iTunes purchases that have been synced to any of those devices will no longer be available to them.
