Why is my AirPod light staying white?

The white light on your AirPods is typically an indication that your AirPods are connected and working properly. This light reflects the status of your AirPods and is usually an indication that your AirPods are either actively paired with a device or in their charging case.

If the light stays white for more than a few seconds, it could be a sign that there is an issue with either your AirPods or the device they’re paired with. To resolve this issue, try resetting your AirPods.

Grab your AirPods and place them in their charging case. On the back of the case, press and hold the setup button until the status light flashes amber multiple times and then flashes white. If the light is still white after a few seconds, then reset your device’s Bluetooth connection.

To do this, go to Settings > Bluetooth and forget the device. Finally, re-pair your AirPods with the device by putting the AirPods back in their charging case and pressing the setup button. The white light should now be flashing on and off, indicating that your AirPods and device are properly connected.

How do I fix the white light on my AirPods pro?

If the white light is flashing on your AirPods Pro, it may mean that there is an issue with their connection to your device or battery. Here are some ways to fix the problem depending on the cause:

Connection Issues:

1. Make sure your AirPods are in range and within 33 feet of your connected device.

2. Check to make sure your device is running the latest version of iOS or iPadOS.

3. Make sure you have Bluetooth enabled on your device and that your device is paired with your AirPods Pro.

4. If you have another connected device, try connecting your AirPods Pro to it and see if the white light is still flashing.

5. Reset your AirPods Pro by pressing and holding the small button on the back of the charging case for at least 15 seconds, and then try connecting them to your device again.

Battery Issues:

1. If the white light continues to flash after you’ve checked all the connection issues, then it’s likely an issue related to the battery.

2. Connect your AirPods Pro to a power source and wait for at least 20 minutes until it has enough battery to work.

3. If you’ve tried this and the white light is still flashing, try resetting your AirPods Pro.

4. If that doesn’t fix the issue, contact Apple Support for further assistance.

Why won’t my AirPods Pro go into pairing mode?

There could be a few reasons why your AirPods Pro won’t go into pairing mode. The first and most likely is that the AirPods Pro battery is depleted and needs to be recharged. If your AirPods Pro case is out of power, plug it in to a power source and wait a few minutes.

Make sure you use an Apple certified charger and Lightning cable.

If the AirPods Pro battery isn’t an issue, then you may need to reset your AirPods. To do this, locate the small button on the back of your AirPods Pro case and hold it down for approximately 15-20 seconds.

Make sure your AirPods are in the case and your case lid is open. The LED light at the front of the case will eventually flash white and then amber, indicating that your AirPods have been reset. After that, place your AirPods back in the case and try to place them into pairing mode once again.

Finally, if the reset still doesn’t work, it could be a system issue with the device you’re trying to pair your AirPods Pro to. Try turning off Bluetooth on the device, wait a few seconds and then turn it back on.

Then attempt to pair the AirPods Pro again. If that still doesn’t work, restarting the device itself may be necessary.

If none of these solutions work, then your AirPods Pro may need to be sent in for repairs. Contact Apple support to set up a repair.
