Why is my Apple Watch not getting phone calls?

It is possible that your Apple Watch is not getting phone calls for a variety of reasons. First, make sure your Apple Watch is connected to your iPhone. If your Apple Watch is not paired with your iPhone, it will not receive phone calls.

You can check to make sure your Apple Watch is connected to your iPhone by going to the Watch app on your iPhone, then selecting the “My Watch” option at the bottom, and then the “General” tab.

If the watch is paired with your iPhone and you’re still not getting phone calls, make sure that the “Do Not Disturb” feature is disabled on both your Apple Watch and your iPhone. To check or disable this feature on your iPhone, open the “Settings” app and make sure the “Do Not Disturb” toggle is toggled off.

If these connections are both active, try restarting your Apple Watch and your iPhone to see if that helps.

If the issue still persists, try un-pairing and re-pairing your Apple Watch with your iPhone. To do this, open the Watch app on your iPhone and select the ‘My Watch’ option at the bottom. Once there, tap the ‘i’ icon next to the Apple Watch you want to un-pair.

Here you can choose the ‘Unpair Apple Watch’ option. Once this is done, follow the onscreen instructions to re-pair your Apple Watch with your iPhone.

Another potential cause is that the notifications are being sent out to the wrong device. If you have multiple devices with the same account, the notifications could be going to another device instead of the one you are expecting them on.

You can double-check this by opening the app on the other device and see if the notifications are showing up there. You can also check to make sure that the notifications are turned on in both the app settings and on your device’s settings.
