Why is my Fitbit not synching?

3. Your Fitbit app needs updating: Check to ensure that your Fitbit app is up to date. If you are using a phone or tablet, you may be able to check the App Store or Google Play Store to update the Fitbit app.

4. Your Fitbit is not charged: Your Fitbit needs to have some battery life for it to connect to and sync with your phone. Try charging your Fitbit and seeing if it syncs after it has recharged.

If none of these solutions have worked, you might have to restart your Fitbit device by holding down the button for 10-12 seconds. Finally, if all else fails, you might consider resetting your device in order to restore it to factory settings.

Why won’t my Fitbit charge 2 connect to my iPhone?

There could be a few different reasons why your Fitbit Charge 2 may not be connecting to your iPhone.

Firstly, make sure your phone is running the latest version of iOS. If you have an old version of iOS, it may not have all the features required for the Fitbit app to connect to the Fitbit device.

Secondly, check that your phone’s Bluetooth is enabled and the Fitbit is within 30 feet of the iPhone. If there is too much distance or Bluetooth is disabled, the devices will not be able to connect.

Thirdly, make sure the Fitbit is in range of the charging cable. If it has moved too far away from the charging cable, it won’t be able to get enough power to establish a connection with your phone.

Lastly, uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app can often help. This can usually be done from the App Store, either by tapping the cloud icon or searching for the app by name.

Hopefully, these tips help you get your Fitbit Charge 2 connected to your iPhone.

Why is my iPhone not finding my Fitbit?

Additionally, double-check the Fitbit app to make sure that you are logged in with the same account that is associated with your Fitbit device. If you are using more than one fitness tracker and/or more than one phone, make sure that only one phone is connected to the Fitbit at a time.

The most likely cause is that your Fitbit device is not within Bluetooth range of your device. Make sure that your phone or other compatible device is within a few feet of the tracker. Additionally, make sure that your Fitbit device is powered on and awake (if applicable).

It’s also possible that the Bluetooth connection between your tracker and device is disrupted or otherwise not working. Make sure both your phone and tracker have good battery levels, and that your devices have enough available memory.

If you still can’t find your device, try restarting both it and your phone, as well as fully deleting and reinstalling the Fitbit app. Once the app is reinstalled, make sure your phone is up to date with the latest available software from your phone or device’s operating system.
