Why is only one of my Tzumi earbuds working?

It is likely that only one of your Tzumi earbuds is working because there could be a few different issues at play. First, make sure that both earbuds are powered on and that the Bluetooth on your device is turned on.

If the earbuds are already powered on and the Bluetooth is turned on, then there could be a few other issues causing your earbuds to malfunction.

One potential issue is that one earbud might not be properly connected to the source device. Try disconnecting the earbuds from the source device and then reconnecting them, or if that doesn’t work, try a different Bluetooth source device such as a different smartphone or tablet.

Another possibility is that the volume on one of the earbuds might be set too low or muted. Make sure to check the volume levels on each earbud, and adjust them as needed so that both earbuds are playing audio.

Finally, if none of the above solutions work then it is possible that one of the earbuds is faulty and needs to be replaced. If you’ve had the earbuds for less than a year, then you should be able to receive a replacement from Tzumi.

Why my both earbuds are not working together?

It is possible that both of your earbuds are not working together because of wireless interference. Wireless interference can be caused by other devices in the same area. For example, if you are using Bluetooth headphones and other devices in the same space are also using Bluetooth, they may interfere with each other causing the two earbuds to not work together.

To fix this issue, try moving the devices further away from each other or turning them off, or switching your Bluetooth to a different frequency or band. It is also possible that the issue could be a malfunction in one of the earbuds.

Try replacing or repairing the earbuds if possible.

How do you activate both earbuds?

To activate both of your Bluetooth earbuds, you first need to pair them with your audio source of choice, whether it’s your smartphone, laptop, tablet, or other device. To do this, you need to place your earbuds into discoverable mode, usually by pressing the power button for several seconds.

Then, enable the discovery mode on your audio device and search for the earbuds. When your device finds them, select them to pair, and then follow the instructions to pair the earbuds with the device.

Once they have been paired, they should now be actively connected and ready to use.

If, for some reason, your earbuds are still not working or sound imbalanced, you should then check if your device is in the latest version of their software or firmware. You can do this by checking the manufacturer’s website for updates.

Once the updates have been installed, try connecting and pairing the earbuds again.

If all else fails, resetting the earbuds may be the next step. Depending on the device’s make and model, you may be able to do this by either pressing and holding the power button for 10 seconds or by pressing a specific combination of buttons.

With some devices, you may need to initiate a reset through the device’s settings.

After you have reset your earbuds, you should then be able to pair them with your device again, and both earbuds should now be active.

How do I fix one earbud has stopped working?

If one of your earbuds has stopped working, there are several steps you can take to try and fix the issue. First, make sure the earbud is actually malfunctioning and not just the sound quality. Try cleaning the earbud’s ports and contacts, using compressed air or a healing brush or compressed cotton swab.

If that doesn’t work, try disconnecting and reconnecting the earbud back to your device. In some cases, you may need to reset your Bluetooth connection. To do this on most devices, press and hold the connected Bluetooth device button until your device states that it has been disconnected.

Also, make sure the connected device is within a close range of the earbud. If none of these steps work, the earbud may need to be replaced. Many earbud manufacturers offer replacement warranties, so make sure to check with your manufacturer’s warranty guidelines.
